These Terms govern your use of CrazyVerse services. By accessing or using any service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by Kareem Mohammed Alamoudi Establishment, trading as CrazyVerse (“CrazyVerse”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, purchasing, or using any CrazyVerse services including but not limited to hosting, Discord setup, or bot management you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Services.
CrazyVerse provides digital infrastructure and management services for individuals, teams, and organizations, including:
The Client is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and ensuring account information remains accurate.
All actions performed through the Client’s account shall be deemed authorized by the Client.
CrazyVerse may suspend or terminate access if unauthorized use, policy violations, or security breaches are detected.
The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
Services bill and renew automatically on a monthly basis from the original activation date.
Invoices are payable upon issuance unless otherwise stated. Late or failed payments may result in suspension.
Written cancellation must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next renewal date.
Scheduled maintenance or updates may occur to enhance stability, performance, or security. Where feasible, notice will be provided at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.
Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice when necessary to maintain system integrity.
Temporary interruptions may occur during upgrades, migrations, or technical adjustments. CrazyVerse will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
All data and content uploaded or created by the Client remain the Client’s property.
Data is processed and stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) in accordance with GDPR and Saudi PDPL principles.
CrazyVerse shall not access or disclose Client data except where required for technical support, compliance, or security purposes.
The Client is responsible for independent backups. CrazyVerse’s internal backups are for disaster-recovery purposes only and are not a guaranteed substitute for Client-managed copies.
Clients using Discord-related services must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Bots or automations provided or hosted by CrazyVerse may not be used for spam, harassment, or malicious automation.
CrazyVerse may suspend or deactivate any automation or Discord service that breaches these Terms or third-party platform rules.
All technology, infrastructure, scripts, and proprietary materials developed or used by CrazyVerse remain its exclusive property.
The Client retains ownership of all server data, creative assets, and configurations it uploads or develops.
The Client shall not use CrazyVerse’s name, logo, or trademarks for promotional or public representation without prior written consent.
CrazyVerse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
CrazyVerse may suspend or terminate Services, in whole or in part, if the Client: (a) violates these Terms or applicable law; (b) fails to pay invoices within ten (10) days of the due date; or (c) engages in activities that threaten network stability or security.
Upon termination, Client access will be revoked and associated data may be deleted within thirty (30) days unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin, Ireland, for any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Formal notices must be sent in writing to the designated emails above and are deemed received upon acknowledgment.
CrazyVerse may modify or update these Terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon publication on our official website. Continued use of the Services following publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
