Do you provide free trials or test servers?

We occasionally offer short test periods for serious projects. Contact us directly to discuss your needs.

How quickly can my server be ready?

Most servers are provisioned within 24 hours after payment, depending on the configuration.

Can you migrate my existing server?

Yes. We can transfer files, databases, and configurations to match your current setup.

Do I get full control of my files?

Yes. You’ll have FTP/SFTP and panel access for complete control.

What data centers do you use?

Our servers are hosted in Tier 3 data centers in Falkenstein, Germany, with low-latency global routing.

Do you support modded or custom game servers?

Yes. We support most modpacks and custom configurations for popular games.

How do renewals work?

All services renew automatically each month. You can cancel up to 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, usually for major technical issues that cannot be resolved.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and bank transfers.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Upgrades are not available. You’ll need to cancel your current plan and subscribe to a new one.

How fast can I get support?

Discord messages are usually answered within minutes during business hours. Email responses may take up to 24–72 hours.

Is support available 24/7?

We provide extended-hour coverage with on-call monitoring for Enterprise Plus and Ultra plans.

Do you have live chat?

Not yet. Discord is currently our main live communication channel.

Can I request a meeting for large projects?

Yes. For partnerships or large-scale setups, we can schedule a direct call.
